Process

Step 1
Artwork creation

The client provides the graphic design, or we develop it together based on technical and aesthetic requirements.

Step 2
Screen or cylinder preparation

We create the optimized printing matrix (flat screen or rotary cylinder) according to the material and desired thickness.

Step 3
Prototype printing

A print test is carried out on the final tape or fabric to check color accuracy, texture, thickness, and performance.

Step 4
Final approval

The client reviews and validates the physical sample.

Step 5
Production launch

Once approved, we start industrial production, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and high-quality results.

  • Flat-screen printing lines: equipped with 1–12 printing units, capable of handling elastic tapes, rigid fabrics and knitwear, with precise fabric transport and multi-pass drying ovens.
  • Rotary screen cylinder printing: high-throughput continuous lines for mass production, compatible with silicone, or water-based inks — suitable for both tapes and wide fabrics.
  • Full process control & quality assurance: adjustable squeegee pressure, multiple printing passes, automated material feeding and drying ensure repeatability, color accuracy, and performance consistency across batches.
