Advanced solutions for elastic ribbon manufacturing
Our elastic ribbons and stretch tapes are made with certified synthetic fibers such as polyamide and polyester, with or without elastomer, using crochet, needle, or jacquard looms.
Each elastic ribbon is designed to ensure controlled stretch, dimensional stability, and wear resistance, tailored to the final application.
Available in widths from 5 mm to over 100 mm, with precise tolerances for cutting and assembly.
We produce custom stretch ribbons in different weights and rigidity levels, suitable for lingerie, sportswear, footwear, and other technical textile applications.
Our in-house dyeing department, part of our Made in Italy vertical production, ensures Pantone color matching or customer color reference with batch consistency control.
Available technical finishes include C0 water-repellent treatments, antimicrobial coatings, soft-touch finishes, and silicone printing for anti-slip or localized grip performance.
All MAB elastic ribbons comply with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1 and can be made using GRS-certified recycled yarns.
