Our elastic technical fabrics combine polyamide and polyester with elastomer, developed using shuttle, crochet, Raschel-tronic, and Jacquard looms.
Elasticity, hand feel, and recovery are calibrated per sector, with optimized dimensional stability and abrasion resistance for large-scale stretch fabric manufacturing.
Available in full widths up to 1500 mm, with controlled tolerances for custom cutting of ribbons and fabrics.
We offer light, medium, and heavy-weight stretch textiles to balance appearance, recovery, compression, and structure according to final use.
Our in-house dyeing department, part of the Made in Italy vertical production, ensures Pantone or customer color matching and batch consistency.
Technical finishes include C0 water-repellent coating, antimicrobial treatment, soft-touch finishing, and 3D silicone screen printing for tactile, skin-friendly effects.
We also offer laser cutting of ribbons and fabrics, professional cutting, and third-party fabric cutting services for precise processing.
All materials and processes comply with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1, and GRS-certified recycled fibers are available on request.
